Ett liv i väntan på döden
(something like "a life in waiting for death")
I found the formula and now its done, the second album in a trilogy with "en dag i väntan på livet (a day in wait for life) as 1. The third and last will be released soon and is called "Död men i väntan på liv" (dead, but waiting for life). All three is aviable on cdr from here. "Ett liv i väntan på döden" is slower, has some more melodies and is more depressing than "En dag i väntan på livet". The main theme throuout the recording is time, death and apathy.

"Ett liv i väntan på döden" handlar om tiden rummet och döden. Jag började jobba med låtarna i samband med att "En dag i väntan på livet" färdigställdes och de hänger ihop på många sätt, dock kanske inte i sitt uttryck då "Ett liv i väntan på döden" är lugn och harmonisk med mer melodi medan "En dag i väntan på livet" är något kärvare och hårdare. Jag har haft lite ångest över det här släppet kan jag väl erkänna, 80 minuter musik fanns färdigt och att försöka hitta de rätta låtarna samt en bra form som inte spretar har varit svårt, de låtar som inte kom med här har många gånger ett helt annat uttryck och liknar på många sätt mer "En dag i väntan på livet" men kanske ännu mer abstrakt.

Ok so it been a while since I last did something with this page. I quit my job, started to study Art History at Linköpings University, Helped Altar of Flies with a show at Fylkingen/Stockholm and released a Split CD-R with him which you can see at the start page,moved to another apartment, plans were made for a split cd-r with Red Needled Sea which will be out on INSULT in a couple of months, I was involved in starting a new band called Vanhelgd ... what I have not done is painting... hmm.. shall start with that soon. This site will have a small makeover soon and therfore I will not do any more updates until then. For some new stuff check out my space

Finally I have released my first "solo" recordings! It´s aviable a CD-r and as Tape.

Me Martin Frid + Mattias from Altar of flies/the jam session have been working on some strange experimental noise/soundart stuff. hopefully we put someting on tape some day soon. I have also started to work on some noise /industrial/death-pop ballads on my project under the name of "hell rainbow" maybe I´ll release something here. Some paintings and martins homepage under construction + a the jam session show in gothenburg on 16/2 + I started at a new job today.... did I mention that me girlfriend wonders how I am?

Ok so the prints will take a while becouse I need to take some new photos on my paintings. I added two new paintings in the art section and 2 new "altar of flies" illustrations in the designworks section.
Den 5/ 10 kommer jag medverka vid "vernissagen" på kommunhuset i Mjölby.
Jag fick i uppdrag att göra 2 st målningar med temat Bjälbo, dessa kommer innom kort kunna beskådas här.

Ja vad ska man säga sitter o letar jobb på internet ströjobbar lite på JH:s reklam i Linköping. Jobbar med en utsmyckning till Mjölby kommun. Har precis spelat in med Ceremonial Execution och kommer väl innom kort börja jobba med nån form av layout till det. Jobbar med att få denna sida att funka och The Jam Sessions sida. Har flyttat min ateljé osv osv.
