Music is first and foremost my channel for release of aggression and
frustration, perhaps slightly too destructive but at the same time full
of joy and experimentalism.

M.Frisk 2007 -
In early 2007 I did some jamming with Altar of flies an Gjalp over a couple of beers and some drinks. It all ended up in massive noice and destruction and a hangover the day after. It could have ended there as stupid drunk recording but Mattias in Altar of flies thought that the recording was really good so he decided that we should release it ond he had a requst from a company that wanted to release som Altar of flies songs. I bought myself some recording equppment and some contact microphones and decided to do some stuff on my own. Soon i realized that the songs I made had a lot in common with my art, (most with the mixed media pieces) and I really got into it and the result is the CD-R/Tape "En dag i väntan på livet"
(something like "one day, waiting for the life"
as you probebly already have seen my english sucks)

Ceremonial Execution 2001 -
Traditional death metal with some black-metal influences.
Me and my friend Jimmy (my long time guitar co-worker from Blump)
started the band in 2001 when Blump was ended. Since the very beginning of Blump I´d wanted to play death metal and now finally I had time to do that. Ceremonial Execution is a traditional death metal band who mixes all the different sounds from the scene.
So why death metal? First of all, death fascinates me, so natural and also so strange and surreal, the only thing in life that is certain is the end of it. Death metal is also a progressive and challenging form of music, both technically an emotionally. It really helps
you to deal with all aggression and frustration you build up inside in this sick world.

On our website you can download our demo and artwork and a couple of other songs. www.ceremonialexecution.com

The Jam Session 1998 -
Ok this is a strange band.
I joined up with these cats in 1999 to play keyboard, which I did until 2002 after our european tour with Arsen and the Apoplexy twist orchestra. Now I play the guitar. The Band started as a totally sick San Diego influenced powerviolence/punk band and has developed into a doom metal band....quite a huge step. Experimental and emotional is the best description of the sound.

Blump 1994-2001
This is where it all started.
I wanted to play in a band and talked to Hans and Jimmy about it. Me and Jimmy went to a Guitar course and learned to play old swedish folk songs and not a single Iron Maiden solo!
We asked Viktor to join us and soon we were a complete band playing Anarchy in the UK, Breaking the law and a couple of own punk songs. Then we got our first gig!
I didn't feel that I could "sing" while playing guitar so Viktor asked Stefan from Nocomen to sing for us at the gig and we tried a song that he had written (I think it was Metamorph of evil") and then he stayed with the band.

So we did a couple of gigs and recorded a demo which was so good in our ears and waited for the major breakthrough.. which of course never happend. So we recorded another demo and on our third demo Daniel (Nocomen) joined the band and played keybord.

After our third demo Viktor left the band to focus on his hardoreproject Section 8 who were quite successful and Magnus from Receiver & Wendy joined but it didn´t take long until Urban from Proud took his place.

We recorded 2 CD-R demos and then we quit due to musical difrences and lack of interest.

MANHUNTR
Industrial violence is what we call this project
which has been on ice for a while. Christian
Nyrén is the brain behind this violent/beutiful
electronic band. We started it sometime around the year 2000 and released 2 demos and one song for the Monument 8 record with Stefan Vedeja from Blump on guest vocals. We have also made a remix on the jam session track "monkeys on fire" which appears on the "kinetic split7"

Manhunter works with destruction, sampels,
keybords and drummachines. We don´t play
live and dont like you.
